Isaiah Ailenmoagbon

Isaiah is a certified Chartered Accountant and has garnered over 22 years of diversified work experience in the banking industry having worked with Oceanic Bank, London Underground Ltd., erstwhile Diamond Bank, Universal Trust Bank and UBA in various roles.

He joined Access Bank Plc. in 2008 and has served in various capacities such as Head, Subsidiaries Conduct & Compliance where he provided supervisory support for Conduct & Compliance units across the Bank’s subsidiaries. He has also served as Executive Director, Operations & I.T. and Chief Operating Officer with Access Bank Gambia Ltd. and was instrumental in the development of process improvement initiatives.

Isaiah holds an MSc. Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from University of Lagos and BSc. Political Science from the University of Benin. He is a member of several professional bodies including Compliance Institute of Nigeria (CIN), International Academy of Business and Financial Management and the Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
