In 2019, the Ban e uipped it’s employees with asic li e support and first aid trainin includin the use o fire extin uishers and how to respond to emer encies. Over 0 o employees participated in this trainin an wide. In line with the Ban ’s Business Continuity Pro ramme BCP , fire drills were also conducted durin the year in colla oration with the Ghana ational ire Service. he drill enli htened employees on the potential sources o fire out rea and fire mana ement procedures.
