Jones Darmoe is an experienced banker with over 18 years of expertise in SME development, financing, and strategic relationship management. He is currently the Group Head, Business Banking Group at Access Bank (Ghana) Plc, driving business growth and overseeing client relationship strategies.

His career spans leadership roles in SME, commercial, and corporate banking at UBA and FBN Ghana, where he consistently delivered strong results. He also has prior experience in the shipping industry with Bollore Group, where he honed his sales and client engagement skills.

He holds an MBA, Banking & Finance (Paris Graduate School of Management), and B.Ed. Social Studies, with a Diploma in Geography from UCC 

He is also a Chartered Banker, with key competencies in SME Financing & Development, Client Relationship Management, and 

Business Intelligence and Growth Strategies.
