Online Security Tips
  • Online Security Best Practices

  • Keep Your Credentials Confidential
Never share your usernames, PINs, or passwords with anyone.

  • Keep Software Up to Date
Always use the latest version of your web browser and ensure your computer’s operating system is regularly updated with the latest security patches.

    Use Strong Passwords
Create strong, unique passwords with at least 12 characters, including a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols.

  • Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Activate MFA on all important accounts such as email, social media, and banking apps for an added layer of security.

  • Use Secure Browsers
Only use browsers that support secure data transmission. Look for signs of security such as a padlock icon in the address bar and URLs that begin with `https://`.

  • Avoid Phishing Scams
Never respond to unsolicited emails requesting personal or account information, even if they appear to come from a trusted source.
