Celebrating Employees

Consistent with the Access culture, we recognize and celebrate our employees who make substantial contributions to the growth of the business in diverse ways. We make use of different platforms and fora’s in this regard.

As part of the employee engagement plan, staff birthdays, weddings, births and bereavement of close relatives are published to all staff. This allows colleagues and management to share in their joy and also to commiserate with affected staff.

In addition, we celebrate staff on attainment of key mile stones on their length of service from 5 years onwards. Other events held to recognize and celebrate staff include Annual Country awards, end of year events, TGIF’s and team bonding sessions.
