Your Health and Safety Remains a Priority to Us_Corona Virus

Dear Valued Customer,

In line with our promise of providing more than banking, Access Bank has been keenly monitoring reports on the outbreak of the Corona Virus (COVID -19) and it is important that we put in place measures to ensure that we eliminate and/or carefully manage the risks to our staff, contractors and visitors of contracting or transmitting the virus.

Safety & Hygiene
I would like to share with you insights into precautionary measures taken to ensure your safety in transacting business with us. Over the last few weeks, our Bank has:

   •  Strengthened its health and safety procedures across all of its branch locations and customer touch points.
   •  Instituted an educative campaign to sensitize all staff on preventive measures.
   •  Deployed alcohol-based sanitizers to all branch locations.
   •  Equipped our customer facing staff with protective gear and
   •  Intensified disinfection of surfaces that are point of contacts.

I would also like to mention that as a member of a global banking institution, we have learned from past experience with outbreaks such as Ebola, and have continually refined and improved our ability to protect our stakeholders, and we shall continue to do so.
