Recognizing the impact of the novel COVID-19 (Corona Virus) on the macro economy as well as
social and consumer behavior, our Bank remains committed to delivering timely and relevant
services to you during this period.

In the last couple of weeks, we have intensified efforts to encourage all our customers to migrate
unto our e-banking platforms, especially, the Access Mobile App, *901#, Access Online and
Cards. These easy to use and convenient channels will allow you to make payments, pay bills or
transfer money from home, office or on the go. I entreat you to sign up today if you haven’t done so.
We know that these are difficult times and we are equally concerned. So, we are providing reliefs to
customers whose businesses have been affected by the pandemic. For our retail customers, we
are also making it possible for you to access quick cash through our innovative and instant Payday
Loan service (*901*11#) to stock up and cater to emergency needs.

Because we always put the community at the centre of everything we do, we have made several
contributions and interventions to combat the pandemic including a donation of over
GHS 400,000 to the Ghana COVID-19 fund and an ambulance to the University of Professional
Studies to improve healthcare delivery on campus and nearby communities.
