NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 12th Annual General Meeting of members of Access Bank
(Ghana) Plc will be held virtually and streamed live by video link from the Access Bank (Ghana) Plc
Head Office at Starlets’ 91 Road, Opposite Accra Sports Stadium, Osu, Accra on Thursday, 28th
of May, 2020 at 11:00am to act and consider if thought fit the following business:

1. To receive and consider the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended
31st December, 2019 together with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. To re-elect Directors of the Company retiring by rotation.
3. To authorize the Directors to fix the fees of the Auditors.
4. To approve the Remuneration of Directors.
