Cardless Withdrawal

The service enables users and non-users of MTN and AIRTEL mobile money to withdraw cash from any Access Bank without using an ATM card.
 

HOW TO GENERATE MTN TOKEN

  • Enter the USSD Short Code *511# to get the menu
  • Select option1:Generate token
  • Enter 4 Digit Secret Code(e.g. 1425)
  • Enter an Amount (between GHS 10 to 400)
  • An authorization code will be sent to your phone , please confirm by typing *170# and select YES
  • Enter MM PIN (i.e. mobile money PIN)
  • Customer gets the Token Number via text
           
 

HOW TO GENERATE AIRTEL TOKEN

 
  • Enter the USSD Short Code *500# to get the menu
  • Select option 5: Withdraw money
  • Select option 2: from ATM
  • Enter amount to cash (between GHS 10 to 400) and send
  • Enter PIN to confirm
  • Enter the reference number (narration)
  • The One Time withdrawal code displays (6 digits) on customer’s phone
